Group Membership

Group membership lets an organization enroll its whole team under a single membership, paid by one administrator rather than by each person individually.

Tell us about your organization below and a member of the MSOS staff will follow up with your rate and an invoice. Nothing is charged today — group dues depend on how many people you enroll, so we confirm the amount with you first.

Already part of an organization that has a group membership? You do not need this form — choose the Group level on the membership page instead.
